CME regulations require that all speakers declare any conflicts of interest pertaining to their talk, including affiliations with industry. Please be sure to include a CME slide with your disclosure(s) on the SECOND page of your presentation.
Oral Session Presentations
- Presentation will be no longer than 10 minutes in total. (8 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of discussion)
- All presenters should bring their USB stick to upload your file in your session room.
- Files should be uploaded to the local PCs in the session room during the breaks between the sessions, or earlier.
- Due to time limitations, please note that no personal computer will be allowed for presentations.
- Speakers should arrive in the session room at least 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their sessions to report to the session Chair.

Each session room is equipped with the following equipment.
- Laptop computer (Windows 10 Pro, MS-office Power Point 2019, Adobe Acrobat Reader, 3 USB ports)
- Smart Pointer and mouse
- Beam projector (RGB & HDMI Port)
- Screen resolution (1920*1080p-HD)
- Presentation File Ratio : 16:9 size
Flash Session Presenters
- Presentation will be no longer than 5 minutes in total. (3 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of discussion)
- Maximum number for 5 slides - title slide excluded.
- Please strive to be present for the entire session and be seated in the area designated for the presenters at the front of the room – the presentations will move very quickly.
- All presenters should bring their USB stick to upload the presentation file in the session room.
- Files should be uploaded to the local PCs in the session room during the breaks between the sessions, or earlier.

Poster Session Presenters
- Panels for posters will be displayed in the Grand Ballroom C (2F)
- Poster size: We suggest that you prepare the posters in landscape orientation, with overall dimensions of 30x40 inches, and a font that is easily legible from a distance of 1 meter.
- Posters cannot be printed at the venue.
- All panels will be numbered by topic order and will be announced to each author.
- The posters should be displayed for the duration of the congress, starting from Monday September 4th at 09:00. Posters should be removed on September 7th by 16:00. We ask you to pay careful attention to the dismantling of posters.
- All posters that are still on panels after the dismantling due time will be destroyed.
- Authors should be at the posters for questions, during their assigned breaks on the 1st and 2nd day of Congress.
