The WSSFN has a limited number of travel grants. Please read information below carefully, and if you are interested in applying for the travel grant, you can do it while you are submitting your abstract via online submission system.
- Eligibility criteria include:

- a. Submission and acceptance of abstract(s).
- b. Presenting author is a resident or fellow with interest in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery.
- c. Presenting author is born after January 1st 1982.
- The travel grant committee will review all eligible abstracts. Please note the following important points:

a. Awardees will need to make your own flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and meeting registration.

b. Travel grants will be valued between $1,000 -2,000 USD depending on the applicant's geographic distance to Incheon. The decision of the grant value will be made by the travel grants committee.

c. The travel grant awardees must be able to attend the meeting. The grant will be provided to them at the meeting.

d. The name of all awardees will be announced and recognized at the meeting.

e. Priority will be given to travel grant applicants from low- and middle-income countries as defined by the World Bank.

f. WSSFN is not able to facilitate visas if this is required for your travel. Please note that visa applications can take time. We encourage applicants to take this into consideration and apply for visas early.

g. Please provide the name and email of your department chair. They will be contacted to confirm your training status.
